Refund Policy

Condition of sales

1. Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Non-Halal pre-order will run from:
   1. 2nd January 2025 to 27 January 2025 for customers to place pre-orders;
2. All pre-orders are final, and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable with other items or services.
3. All the products featured in the Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Non-Halal pre-order catalogue are non-halal.
4. There will not be a cutting service provided for Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Non-Halal pre-order items unless explicitly stated as a remark in the order form.
5. The prices displayed for the Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Non-Halal pre-order are inclusive of the applicable SST.
6. All product images used in the Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Non-Halal pre-order are for illustrative purposes only.
7. Please be reminded that there will be variations in the final weight of products, as they go through a cooking process.
8. All products are raw and cooking is required before consumption.

In-store pickup conditions

1. In-store pickups will only be made from 6th January 2025 to 31st January 2025

1. All pre-order fulfilment choices are final. No changes will be allowed to the mode of fulfilment (e.g. delivery or in-store pickup), the date and time of delivery or in-store pickup, or the outlet for in-store pickup or address for delivery.
2. Items in a single pre-order must all be fulfilled using the same method (delivery or in-store pickup):
   • For in-store pickups: All items in a single pre-order must be picked up at a single Jaya Grocer outlet at the same date and time.
3. For In-store Pickup, customers will be required to choose their preferred pickup outlet and time of collection at the point of pre-order purchase (10am onwards). No changes will be allowed for the pickup outlet or time of collection.
   • Customers’ choice of outlets for in-store pickup and time slots is subject to availability.
   • Customers will be required to pick up pre-ordered items at the stated date and time. Kindly bring along your receipt or order confirmation for in-store pickup.
   • Jaya Grocer/Hank’s reserves the right to dispose of Non-Halal pre-order items if customers do not pick up their pre-ordered items at the designated dates and times.
   • Customers’ choice of in-store pickup dates and time slots is subject to availability.

Other conditions

1. Jaya Grocer/Hank’s reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reject pre-orders in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or if any product is out of stock, damaged, spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
2. Jaya Grocer/Hank’s reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Non-Halal pre-order at any time.
3. Jaya Grocer/Hank’s reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Non-Halal pre-order with or without prior notice.
